It is important that you consume as much water as possible because water helps to maintain the elasticity of your skin. Lack of water leads to dry skin.

We all know that exercise is needed for your heart and lungs and for remaining fit; however, regular exercise is one of the keys to obtaining healthy skin. Exercise promotes circulation which keeps the skin vibrant and healthy. When blood is circulated it carries blood and nutrients throughout the body including to the skin. In addition, exercise ease stress and when stress is reduced skin conditions such as eczema and acne is also reduced.
